Marya and I made my sister's wedding cake a few years ago. She wanted three flavors. She's special. Here's those recipes. Plus maybe a few others.
I created this for Marya's birthday. She loves dark chocolate and hazelnuts. Even people who don't like cheesecake like this. It's pretty decadent.
This is a chocolate-y, nutty, melt-in-your mouth, tasty torte. Orginially created for Marya when she kept wanting me to make my Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake, but I would balk because it was too expensive and time consuming. This is much easier.
This was the filling in my sister's white wedding cake. Man, is it good. I could eat it by the spoonful.
Delicious. Although, this might be a friends, ex-girlfriend's mother's. I really can't remember. Although I never made this with a water bath, it probably wouldn't hurt.
I made this for a dinner with my friend's Frank and Robyn.
This was the frosting we created for my sister's wedding cake. It's also the basis for the frosting we use at work. I find Ghiradelli white chocolate works the best.
