Crater Lake

So we get all the way to Crater Lake and it's rainy and miserable and you can't see anything. So we hang out inside the lodge for what seems like forever, then all of a sudden the weather clears and everyone freaks and runs outside. I mean Crater Lake without Crater Lake is pretty friggin' pointless. Anyway, I think we managed to drive around some of the lake a little, but the weather didn't stay nice very long. Besides, we really wanted to get some hiking. I vaguely remember eating in the lodge, but since I can't really remember, the food must not have been that good. Wait now I remember, how can you make a boring smoked salmon omlette?
