Ingredients

• 2 oz bourbon
• 3/4 oz St. George Bruto Americano [2]
• 1/2 oz maple syrup
• 6 peppermint leaves

Muddle peppermint and maple syrup. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Strain into martini glass.

• 2 oz St. George Mt. Tam Gin
• 1 oz St. Germaine
• 1/2 oz lime juice

Shake (or stir) with ice and strain into martini glass.

• 1 oz pear liquor
• 1/2 oz honey syrup
• 1/4 oz lemon juice

Shake (or stir) with ice. Strain into martini glass.

• 1 oz Bourbon
• 1 1/2 oz KAS Krupnikas
• 1/2 oz Aperol
• 1/2 oz lemon juice
• 4 dashes orange bitters

Shake (or stir) with ice and strain into martini glass. Add bitters.

• 1 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 4 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake (possible without and) with ice and strain into glass. Add bitters. Make "flowers" if possible...
