Pisco Sour

Not my recipe. Just a favorite cocktail.

Ingredients

• 2 oz pisco
• 1 oz lime juice
• 3/4 oz simple syrup
• 1 egg white
• 4 dashes Angostura bitters

Shake (possible without and) with ice and strain into glass. Add bitters. Make "flowers" if possible...
