I do remember why I took a picture of this morning's breakfast...Dan and Jen came by car, and they had everything! Stoves, wine, tons of food. I think we had smoked salmon omlettes for breakfast one morning. But they weren't with us this morning, so what do we have? Friggin' oatmeal.

Well, if the descent wasn't fun (and on a Tandem they usually are), the ascent definitely wasn't going to be fun. And it wasn't! Uncle Fester doesn't like going up hill! It was extremely hot and we were going so slow, it was difficult shoo-ing the flies away. But we made it, and I don't remember walkin' him. Of course, that could be selective memory on my part.
