Marya and I made my sister's Jill's wedding cake. Each layer was a different flavor: Chocolate with a raspberry filling, yellow with a lemon filling, and white with a mocha filling. The frosting was a white chocolate butter cream. We both developed the recipes. I did the making and baking of the cakes, frosting and fillings. Marya did the actual frosting and decorating. I had always wanted to do a wedding cake so this was our gift. And although nerve racking at the time, I'm glad we did it.
If we do another wedding cake, I want to do stacked layers. But only one flavor.
